  • These comments. Wow. Poor girl can’t get a break. I thought the performance was amazing. It’s not just about her vocals. It’s also the raw, vulnerable emotion she’s putting into every single note. If you didn’t feel her obvious pain and sadness then you must be dead inside.

    • @Jay Dee she didn't HAVE to sing that song, she decided, when she was still in the hospital, that if she had the chance to come back to music, she'd do it with this song, Anyone. She was crying because it's obviously meaningful for her and it brought a lot of emotions to her, because she now realized the song was a cry for help when she recorded it.

    • @Jay Dee are you stupid she was in rehab she is fine now new Management new friends she is not where she was a year ago and btw this song was recorded before she overdosed ..that is why she was so emtional while singing because it brought her back to when nobody cared ....but now she's in a better place, around better people..she wouldn't be performing if she didn't feel ready for it

    • Because she is NOT okay, she is NOT passed the problems. I saw an interview with her where she said this had to be the song she sang that night. I can't believe more people don't see this for exactly what it is. She had to sing this even if it meant powering through the tears. She stood there vulnerable, naked and raw in front of family, friends/wannabe friends and the entire world and has literally screamed for help! Her eyes tell the story when she allows them to be seen. She is not looking at the crowd with love, she is looking at them in a way that says "see me standing here? Hear me beg? I need action not applause!".Do this, turn off the sound and watch her mannerisms. Look at her eyes when possible. Then go back with volume up and really understand what is happening. She looked before and no one was there, she almost died. This is the last time she will attempt to get help. If no one goes to her she will be dead before years end. Then all of these clingers and fakers will weep and talk about how young she was, how much talent she had, what a waste, such a shame..etc. I hope they have nightmares all night every night of their lives if this happens. I hope they hear her voice begging them all day and I hope they see her blood on their hands forever. I also hope the vultures don't swoop in and hurry her along!

  • She wrote and recorded this song just a few days before her overdose. Also she's dealing with identity crisis and everything. In a pre Grammy interview she was discussing this song. She says a follow-up to this one will be coming out soon that will explain more than this one does. I think in Demi's contract clause they had it where if she relapsed the contract would become non-avoid so when she relapsed they dumped her. I think Nick Jonas was her manager then. Anyway, Demi said she found it strange after recording 'Anyone' in front of a room full of people that no one saw that she was struggling. No one took the time to ask if she was okay. Very tragic. Also remember the Grammys was on a few hours after KOBE Bryant and the rest of the poor souls with him had died tragically. So everyone were feeling a lot of emotions which I'm sure didn't help my girl none since she was already a basket full of nerves. But she pulled it off though. Please React to Demi's National Anthem at the Superbowl earlier. Thanks. Great Reaction btw. 😊

    • "Demi said she found it strange after recording 'Anyone' in front of a room full of people that no one saw that she was struggling" They STILL don't! That's what she was looking for when she would look to the audience. This wasn't just a room this was a huge theater AND a worldwide audience. Still I bet nothing! She's not looking for praise, she doesn't want it right now she told people that right in the song! This is her last cry for help, someone help her......ANYONE!!!!!!

She said that the song now has a totally different meaning to her but it’s still very very emotional and extremely difficult to sing for her.. that’s why she cried throughout the whole performance and also had to restart. We almost lost this beautiful soul and this could’ve been the last song she ever wrote, but luckily it that’s not the case.* 🥺❤️❤️

  • I like a lot of Demi's material, but this is not as authentic as her team would have you believe. Considering it took 6 songwriters to create this basic 'deeply personal' and 'raw' song... and she's with Scooter Braun now; it's notable that his other 2 big artists, Ariana & Bieber, also both rely heavily on the "poor me" angle to promote their projects. This all felt a bit contrived and try hard for my taste

      Bruce WaynezzBruce Waynezz18 วันที่ผ่านมา
    • Well it's true Scooter Braun is a terrible person I think it's really unfair of you to be so cynical. I didn't know she had overdosed and turned my back on her after she told Taylor Swift to shut up on social media after her masters being sold to Braun. Nobody deserves to go to the place where they break their sobriety and overdose. That's terrible. I really hope she's finding her way. I really hope you think of the impact of your comment. You can't fake a vocal a deeply raw and emotional as this performance.

      Roland BaldwinRoland Baldwin18 วันที่ผ่านมา
    • Ed Preston Lmao yet Demi has more writing credits than BOTH Justin AND Ariana... solo writing credits too. Solo writing credits isn’t ALWAYS everything considering this song is STILL authentic and this song was written 4 DAYS BEFORE her 2nd drug overdose and she didn’t see it as an ACTUAL cry for help UNTIL AFTER her brief DEATH had happened. Not to mention she wasn’t even signed to Scooter Braun at the time so shut up with YOUR ignorance.

  • Her performance was beautiful and inspiring. But the singing was actually quite poor quality and I truly hope she hasn't somehow permanently damaged her vocal chords. My family has been badly impacted by alcoholism and I know first-hand how addiction can rob you of special gifts. Demi's range and tone may never return. I wish her otherwise.

    Moon FiveMoon Five22 วันที่ผ่านมา
    • oh yeah, try to sing while you're crying. In this kind of performances, the last thing the singer cares about is having a good technique, they just want to sing their hearts out. If you wanna see "range", go and listen to her performing "Speechless" with Dan & Shay and then comeback and say that her range will never return.
